How to Find Out if You Have a Warrant in Palm Beach County

Worried About a Warrant?

If you received a ticket for speeding or some other state violation and did not pay the fine or appear in court as scheduled to dispute the citation, there may be a warrant out for your arrest. Most counties in Florida provide an up-to-date public records search tool on their website. These tools allow anyone to search for a warrant for free and usually without signing up or subscribing.

To search for an arrest warrant in Palm Beach County, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Free Public Viewing of Case Information & Documents page on MyPalmBeachClerk.com
2. Click on the ‘Guests’ button
3. Check the box to the left of I’M NOT A ROBOT and click SUBMIT
4. In the proper field, enter the last name and first name of the person who suspects they may have a warrant issued for their arrest
5. See the SEARCH button at bottom of form and click
6. A list will appear with court case information that matches all names related to your search. You can click on the case number at the far left to find out the current status on any of the cases. Be sure the name you are looking for is, in fact, the correct individual. You can do this by checking the date of birth noted within the file, as well as checking the person’s middle initial (or middle name).
7. If the case number is completely highlighted in yellow, that means there is an open warrant for that person. Click on the case number at the far left of page.
8. You will be directed to CASE INFO. If the date of birth matches the person you are doing a search for, look to the top menu then find and click on WARRANTS & SVC DOCS.
9. You will be directed to the WARRANTS page and the warrant will be displayed (also highlighted in yellow).
10. Click on the DOCUMENT ID number. The document details will open to display the warrant information.
11. Click on DOCUMENTS & DOCUMENTS in blue font. All information regarding any outstanding warrants will be displayed and include a bond set amount.

What to Do if You Find Out You Have a Warrant?

If you find out there is an arrest warrant issued for you, contact a nearby bail bondsman and explain that you need to have a warrant cleared. DO NOT GO TO THE JAIL OR LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICE DIRECTLY! If you do so, you will be put under arrest.
