A long list of wanted fugitives roam the streets of the United States with millions of open arrest warrants throughout the country. The Columbus Dispatch reported there are more than 5 million open warrants within 27 states. Hundreds of thousands of these fugitives are accused of horrific crimes. The list of open warrants includes murderers, rapists and robbers have eluded law enforcement. Some of the warrants have been issued for as long as decades. As thousands of new warrants continue to accrue each day, seeking out wanted fugitives is said to be difficult for police and the county judicial systems. READ FULL ARTICLE
